Returns and exchanges

Thank you for your purchase of our product,(s).

Please choose carefully as change of mind is not applicable. We offer one free sample gift for testing and sampling with all our shipment. You can request a free sample of your choice of fragrance or purchase our 7 emotions sample kit set for $10.00.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns of items except where the item is damaged during shipping. Please note that where Products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you take photographic evidence of the damage or fault as soon as you can and submit to contact@valeur.co.nz. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and damage to the item. Due to the category of the items and shipping guidelines required by law, we are unable to receive the item once shipped.

However, we can replace the item free of charge if item can be shown to be damaged. Please note shipping cost will apply. An item must not be lightly sampled or bottle opened, we do provide a free sample of the same fragrance you have ordered for you to sample. In some cases we may be able to arrange a courier pick up if the product returned is in a brand new, unused, unopened and resalable condition. Please package your items securely and attach the return label emailed to you and drop off your return at any post office near you.

As an online retailer, Valeur Absolue do not have physical retail stores where you can return your damaged or faulty items. Please check our website for update on physical stores as they become available.
